Annual Meeting and Planning Session The NCACDSS annual meeting and planning session was held July 8-10th in Wilmington, NC. A special highlight of the meeting was the NCACDSS Annual Awards Banquet where Jerry Rhodes, Director of the Washington Co. DSS was named Director of the Year. Also honored were Ed Garrison retired director of Pitt Co. DSS and Donn Gunderson former director of Craven Co. DSS as the 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award recipients for their outstanding contributions to the field of Social Work.
